Simran and Simar’s Punjabi Wedding in Jodhpur

As commercial artists we try not to ‘fall in love’ with a particular wedding, not have ‘favourites’ … but we can not help but do so everytime we see this one. Simar and Simran got married in 2009, set against the beautiful backdrop of Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur this was the kind of stuff dreams are made of. Pakistani sufi qauwaals, vintage cars, rajasthani overtones and above all the couple who seemed to have carried with the grace and poise one could envy.

At this stage, I can keep on writing about the small little beautiful details that makes this wedding a favourite. Or … I could leave it to the pictures
